These summer apples are ready to eat if you like them slightly green they were a softer yellow, lost the green tint, in a day or so. This is the point I enjoy eating them. Though for applesauce it is better to wait a week and catch them a little over ripe and sweet.
About Kristy Jeppson
I would rather be behind a camera than in front of it. The outdoors is my favorite studio. I take pictures of what I see from close up to the wide world around me. Bugs and insects to the colors of the flowers with a bit of sports thrown in, toys, tools and nature are my subjects. You will also see my newest art as digitally created. From kaleidoscopes (from my pictures), out of frame (pictures changed to have a 3D effect) to pure creations the computer is the art tool I will use.
